Our newly renovated suites have been designed with the modern traveler's needs in mind. Gorgeous balcony views, comfy hybrid mattresses, countless entertainment options with our Smart TVs, & high speed Wifi. Enjoy everything the city has to offer right on the edge of historic Old Town!
The Space:
Welcome to Bucharest! The entire town is at your fingertips in our newly renovated & cozy suites. The building is located right in the center of the city, in walking distance from tons of shops and restaurants. Our building is a newly renovated historical monument, thus has no seismic risk rating, unlike most of the old buildings in Old Town.
Each suite can host up to 2 guests comfortably in our oversized beds. If you are coming with a bigger group, please feel free to ask us for more availability. The whole floor could be yours for more privacy. This is a 3-floor building, each suite being designated according to availability. All of our suites share a similar setup but design details may vary.

Our professional cleaning service follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with the help of CDC’s guidelines. The cleaning service is also available for mid-stay cleanings. Our laundry and ironing are also operated by an eco-friendly partner using hypoallergenic products only.
Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
The Neighborhood:
This building sits on the edge of Old Town, a perfect location for any visitor of Bucharest. Old Town is in the heart of Bucharest, and has the pulse of the city. The historic architecture, the cobblestones, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic atmosphere make Old Town a most enticing area of the city. Being on the eastern edge, HOLT Old Town puts you just outside of the busyness of Old Town, and gives you easy walking access to taxis and trams, as well as near modern shopping centers and stores.
Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. You are in very short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, private ride services like Uber.
Other Things to Note:
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. In addition, there are additional security cameras in the shared hallway staircase to ensure the safety of all our guests. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €50 security deposit which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.
Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
