"From the moment you enter and walk up the stairs and see the view from the picture window, you know you’ve found a genuinely perfect place. We spent many hours sitting looking out that window. This gorgeous loft has everything you could want and more. For us, we were looking for a peaceful and quiet stay and wanted to use Exeter as a base for a little exploring around the area. "Just a lovely apartment right in the heart of the action at Shellcove. Walk to the tavern, cafes and marina and Woolies in less than a minute. All that Shellcove has to offer on your doorstep. "The apartment is modern, clean and tidy and I would rate it 'good' but not 'great' which it potentially could be with some minor improvements - better furniture, some wall art, some decoration (any) touches to make it more homely and less sterile for example. There are views of the ocean and beach, albeit slightly obstructed by the sports field seating/roof across the road and all other facilities are as described. The second bedroom now has sliding plantation shutters to form a wall and door....
