"I rented Melinda’s place for my adult children and their spouses. It was their first time in BV and we wanted them to be within walking distance to the Whipple Trail, Arkansas River, shopping, dining and my in-laws house. They loved it and embraced every opportunity to experience the magic of BV. Melinda was wonderful to work with. Her place is spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend it! "

"We enjoyed our stay in this basement unit. It is a short walk to the river and the river park. It’s also less than half a mile walk from the Main Street eateries. It had all the comforts of home with a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom was comfy however the sofa bed was a bit small for an 11 and 13 yr old to share. As it is a basement unit, there are no windows you can look out of to take in the views of the mountains. its a great unit for a couple. . "

"We've stayed at several VRBO properties in the past, but never at an urban location before now, and I have to say, we're fans! The location was perfect for quickly getting around town, walking from the condo directly to Tenderfoot ("S") Mountain, and made it a perfect base camp for our week in Salida. Thanks again to the property owner and manager! I would not be surprised if we book this property again in the future."

"We loved everything about this property. My kids enjoyed their cute room, the toys, basketball court, hot tub and hiking around the property. I enjoyed being away from the crowd, the stars at night, the soft carpet and swing on the back porch. Host are very friendly. 😊"
