"Only thing I would recommend is water in the breakfast bar. I had to walk to the workout room for a cup of water. Also, the kitchen ran out of food and plates before 8:30! There was another hour of serving! The food was okay though. (What was available)"

"The staff was very friendly. She showed us our room to make sure we were satisfied. We didn’t like the room because there was a smell to it. It did not stink, but my husband has allergies. She took us to another room, and it was good. The front desk clerk didn’t have to do that, but they did, which was beautiful. The rooms were very clean. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable."

"We had an excellent time- I rented 3 of the condos (there are 4 in the building). The property was beautiful & clean- each condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out couch. We stayed in March but I would love to stay there in the summer."

"In MN for family reunion; we rented three units at this property. While the location and exterior seating and setting are excellent, the interiors are all units really need attention to detail. Not well cleaned with food under couches and in corners, hairball of long dark hair in corner. Cheap furniture and interior accessories detract from the potential of the property."

"We come to Bemidji every year to attend our college get together with our wives accompanying us. This was the best home we’ve enjoyed in the 34 years we’ve been doing this trip. Everything from communication to cleanliness of the property was as advertised and better and we loved the 12-person hot tub. Thank you for sharing your home with us for a couple of days, it was great."

"There were 22 of us that stayed in the house. There was plenty of room and it was the most perfect place! It was clean and roomy! We had so much fun in the house and on the lake. The communication was so timely. We appreciate everything about this place!"

"The description doesn’t do this property justice. We had 8 people in our group, 4 adults and 4 teen/tweens, and everyone slept comfortably and had ample space to spread out. The home was clean and the amenities were perfect. Our two families spent the days kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake and the mornings & evenings catching fish off the dock. The property has everything you need to enjoy a traditional Northern MN vacation."

"We had a great time! Although, the property could use some minor updating especially for the cost. Also, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen cabinets had food in the drawers, the bed sheets had stains which was gross so we washed them. The back porch area had lots of cobwebs and had a musty smell. The home was a nice size and plenty of space to sprawl out. Just wish it was cleaner."
