Even though there wasn't parking at the hotel, we found a inexpensive parking garage open 24 hrs. not more than 2 blocks away. The pool did not seem to be open, great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again when I go back.

Great location, excellent service. I loved the breakfast, especially the variety and lovely warm pool; I found it ideal for relaxing after a long day. My only downside was the wifi; even the one allocated exclusively for the rooms does not seem to work. I used my mobile data, so it is no big deal, but it is something to pay attention to.

Excellent front end staff, friendly and helpful. Huge rooms, clean! Great breakfast! Unique indoor swimming pool! The area around the hotel seems typical for the city, lots of homeless, but they don't bother you.

Great stay. Nice hotel in a walkable area. We wish we could have had time to use the sauna on the property. The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms, but you can sit in the comfortable lobby area to have wifi if you need it

This hotel is in an older part of the city. Lots of construction etc. However, the rooms were nice and the staff excellent. You need a converter for power and the in room phone did not work. There was a large cockroach in the bathroom (the city is infested so this would be possible in any hotel here). There are nice free snacks in the room but no coffee maker. Beds are clean and comfortable. Very limited English spoken so use a translator. For the low cost ($75) it was good. I would recommend.

Cannot Say Enough Good About This Place!
My experience here was absolutely amazing, mainly because of the staff, though it is worth noting, the location is excellent, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. I needed to extend my stay a few days in a row due to unforeseen circumstances, and each time they were incredibly understanding, accommodating and polite, and were even able to keep me in the same room for the entire duration so that I didn't have to pack up every night and move to another room. Not every host that I spoke with spoke English, but they were all incredibly patient as we used the Google Translate app to converse. By the fourth day, they were pretty much treating me like family, with big smiles and greetings, even though we didn't always understand eachother. The staff make this place 100% worth staying at, the fact that the rooms, location and hotel itself is great is just icing on the cake. Thank you again so much for the hospitality and understanding, you made my stay an incredible one despite the circumstances that forced me to keep extending my stay.

It was ok for 1 or 2 nights but nothing outstanding. Best thing was the very good buffet breakfast. Room was nothing great, poor view, bathroom tub jets did not work and was not fixed after complaining. Location not safe at night.

El hotel cumple su función, pero no es un 4 estrellas. Está bien situado en el centro de Buenos Aires y podrás ir andando a muchos sitios turísticos. Por el dia la zona es segura, pero de noche mejor vuelve en uber. El personal de recepción es correcto y ayudan en tus necesidades. Las habitaciones no son de 4 estrellas. Hace frio en ellas y el aire acondicionado función calor no es suficiente cuando hace frio. Los empleados están con abrigos porque hace frio en las instalaciones. Los baños son pequeños y están viejos, necesitan una renovación a fondo, sobre todo las bañeras que no están en buen estado, además no tienen ventilación y hace frio siempre. Pedimos un calefactor y después de tener que repetir la solicitud varis veces nos dieron dos viejos y se fue la luz al ponerlos en la habitación, por lo que no dieron solución al frio. Los desayunos son muy básicos. Vayas a la hora que vayas tienes que ir solicitando pan blanco y mantequilla para hacerte una simple tostada, ya que no reponen nunca y es incómodo estar detrás del camarero. También falta fruta, variedad de embutidos y siempre es lo mismo. No vale la pena el desayuno. Si bajan el precio y arreglan los baños y el desayuno, puede ser un buen hotel, pero hoy en día no es un 4 estrellas.

Bom custo benefício.
Logo se ve q hotel foi reformado recente, então ta tudo novo, bonito, com cheiro bom. O colchão, os travesseiros, lençóis, tolha de banho são de boas qualidades. Contudo o tamanho do banheiro é minusculo. Para se ter uma ideia, se vc tem mais q 100cm de quadris nao irá conseguir sentar no vaso sanitario, e se sentar vai ficar presa entre uma parede e o box. Nao tem um unico suporte de toalha no banheiro. Elevadores velhos e com problemas. O café da manhã é mediano. Localização excelente.
