Disappointment

I have taken this hotel for three reasons: It was cheap, at the center of the city and recommended by some friends! (The problem is, they gave me the hotel name wrongly, it was another one with a similar name... :) I was very disappointed when I saw this "old" building. However, the staff was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the breakfasts and the wifi. Those good exceptions aside, I do not like to go to an old establishment (not referring to the castle in Strasbourg where we once stayed in a huge room, for a ridiculous 50 Euros a night) nor use a bathroom where it is difficult to turn aroun and sit on the cheapest plastic to do your needs. No sir! I want to thank the personnel again who tried to make our stay nice, despite all odds... Do I recommend it? Only if you are going for a short stay (2 nights) for business and will only go there to sleep. Enjoy Buenos Aires...

Otima localização

A localização é maravilhosa, proximo de bares e restaurantes, metrô e ônibus. O café da manhã não é o que o brasileiro esta acostumado (nao sei se é tipo da Argentina,mas era doce de leite, requeijão, pão e croissant doce) , mas deu pra levar. Podem melhorar no serviço de quarto, as toalhas, travesseiros e o ar-condicionado ( o ar é geral então se a temperatura estiver amena eles nao ligam, mandam deixar a porta da sacada aberta, mas vc pode pedir um ventilador portatil). No mais os funcionários são muito solicitos e a estadia foi boa principalmente pela localização do hotel e do custo beneficio.

buena la recepcion y el trato del personal. La habitacion sencilla, pero, no contaba con un ventilador de techo por lo menos, no habia vasos, el acceso era a traves de 3 escaleras, y no me gusto que el iva no estaba incluido en el precio, por lo tanto viendo el panel donde estan los precios del hotel no significo ninguna ventaja, pague lo mismo que si no lo hubiera realizado por este medio

The hotel is comfortable and clean. But the airconditional is central moving so anyday too cold. The breakfast is so so. The location is good.

filthy room lousy breakfast

Surfaces not wiped clean in at least a month. Tiny bathroom, sink overhangs into toilet so you cant even sit on the toilet properly. Worst breakfast at a hotel ive had in a long time. orange water (juice) and dry bread and dry croissants. It was low price though so if you just need somewhere in that area to sleep for a night and move on its ok. Dont pay much for this hotel

Hotel im Zentrum(5min zu Fuss vom Kongress),also sehr zentral.Das gebuchte Standarttzimmer war sehr klein (ca 3x3m) und sehr laut(Fenster zur Strasse mit unglaublichen Verkehr).Nach Beanstandung haben wir sofort ein anderes bekommen (viel grösser und ruhig,da Hofseite).Das Frühstück war nicht der Rede wert,aber wahrscheinlich landestypisch.Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Bom hotel, mas colchão deixou a desejar.

O hotel tem boas condições e está muito bem localizado. O café da manhã é bom, sem grande variedade (senti falta de frutas). Tivemos problemas na fechadura da porta do quarto e o colchão estava em mau estado (velho e deformado). Tive dores na coluna e pedi a troca do mesmo, porém não fui atendido. A TV não era de 29 polegadas, como anunciado. Os ambientes do hotel e o quarto são bem limpos.

Todo bien. Pero con el desayuno no estuvo bien atendido. No limpiaban mesas, el servicio, se quedaban sin comestibles para desayunar.
