Realice la compra por esta plataforma y ademas de cobrarme en Dolares la estadia en mi tarjeta de Debito, el Hotel San Remo se comunico con migo, para avisarme que la reserva no existia, porque no tenian disponibilidad para esa fecha. Gracias al Hotel San Remo por su preocupacion, mal la pagina HOTELS.com que seguia ofreciendo alojamiento para le fecha que el hotel me estaba diciendo que no tenian habitaciones disponibles. Ahora espero que que revierta la operacion en mi tarjeta, como esta prometido.

Muito atenciosos!

Um local muito bom. O ruim foi o bar não funcionar sempre. Por alguns dias não havia o atendente mas o rapaz da recepção se ofereceu pra ir para a cozinha fazer o hambúrguer e a pizza. Preços muito bons. A menina da recepção pedia o cabify. Foram muito atenciosos.

Das Zimmer war noch in Umbau befindlich. Es fehlten alle Möbel. Es gab nur ein Bett. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Nach Reklamation erhielt ich ein andres Zimmer. Dieses war annehmbar. Leider war aber Schimmel an den Wänden. Einzig die zentrale Lage war sehr gut.

Ya me hospede alli otras veces y estaba acostumbrada al ser apart tener un espacio de kitchen, pero me encontre que no tenia ese espacio. Tampoco reclame pero iba con.una idea de tener mi agua para el mate, te o lo que fuere que quisera comer y me vi obligada a salir del hotel e ir a restaurante, cosa que preferia quedarme en el hotel para hacer trabajos tranquila con mi pc

Boa localização e funcionários muito atenciosos

Vou resumir ,fiquei 6 dias com meu esposo os quartos não são muito luxuoso ,porém não ficamos muito no hotel sempre passamos o dia na rua . A localização e perfeita próximo a tudo ,a limpeza foi boa porém no último dia não trocaram os lençóis nem as folhas ,porém saímos cedo pra ir em bora , café da manhã simples , mais bem feito.wifi funciona regula ,porém tinha muita gente usando ao mesmo tempo , avaliação geral : bom

Estranho!

O local é meio estranho para caminhar a noite, o lençol estava encardido e com furo, os talheres do café da manhã estavam sujos e fazia cerca de 10 minutos que havia pedido para fazer o checkout, me lembrei que havia esquecido coisas no frigobar...subi para verificar e dois dos itens já haviam sumido... Os funcionários foram simpáticos, porém esse incidente chateou. Só tem um elevador e constantemente vc se depara com cama, colchão, carrinhos de limpeza no elevador único.

Boa localização mas quartos em más condições

Do melhor para o pior: Localização excelente! Preço razoável para a região. Café-da-manhã é bom, mas a reposição dos itens nem sempre ocorre. Quarto mal conservado, móveis em péssimo estado e com poeira acumulada em alguns pontos do quarto. Serviço de limpeza esqueceu as toalhas em um dia e o papel higiênico em outro. Precisa de remodelagem urgente! A rua do hotel passa ônibus e caminhões à noite, o nosso quarto era de frente então incomodava um pouco o barulho.

Good location, but that's it

The only two positive points are that the location is great and that the staff is helpful. Otherwise the hotel looks like it hasnt been renovated since the 1970s. The rooms are in bad shape (dirty in general, broken tiles, holes in the bed sheets & shower curtains), it is incredibly noisy (very thin walls), and the breakfast is really limited (& diabetes inducing).

Decepção total

Quando chegamos, notamos que o quarto estava um pouco sujo no chão. Tinha até cabelo. O ar condicionado não funcionou e reclamamos na recepção. Depois subiu uma pessoa que não conseguiu resolver o problema e como já era final da tarde, disse que no dia seguinte iria chamar um técnico. Pedimos para mudar de quarto e ele informou que o hotel estava lotado. Estava muito calor no quarto e pra piorar pegava o sol da tarde. Pedi pelo menos um ventilador e também disse que não tinha. Resumindo, tivemos que dormir no calor e no dia seguinte só trocaram a gente de quarto após insistir muito. Como eu já havia pago a diária pelo site, ao sair do hotel, pedimos desconto do estacionamento que é do próprio hotel. O mínimo depois de tanto stress e ainda acharam ruim. Pedi pra falar com o gerente e ele nem apareceu para falar conosco. No fim da discussão deram um mísero desconto do estacionamento. Café da manhã super simples. No primeiro dia descemos perto das 9 e já não tinha várias coisas. No dia seguinte descemos as 07:30 e ainda não tinha várias coisas. Se o café era a partir das 7, já deveria estar completo.

Pedimos un taxi en la recepción y casi perdemos el avión. El personal de la recepción no se preocupó en lo más mínimo en reclamar a la empresa de taxi ante mi pedido por la demora que observaba. Cuando pasó media hora nos reconocieron que no sabían a qué empresa habían llamado los del turno mañana. A las corridas por avenida de mayo para buscar uno de la calle. Tuvimos suerte ! La habitación con olor a humedad y desodorante. Él cubrecama muy sucio.
