This was our second time staying there the place looks so dated; carpets are disgusting going up the stairs to the 2nd 3rd floors, beds are very uncomfortable; rooms look dated; very noisy for the two nights we stayed there people were parting well after 2-3-4am; staff not friendly at all!

The cleanliness of this hotel was not good at all. Rooms are very outdated. Dust all over the lamp beside your bed stains all over the carpet. Just definitely needed a makeover.

Room was having a lot is issues , water pressure an temperature was terrible, exhaust fan was working , fridge was broken and took them days to move us then we had similar issues with the new room we moved into I would not reccommend this hotel a motel is ran more efficiently than this hotel

Would not recommend. Property is old and dirty. The walls in our room had stains on them, carpet was super stained and mattress was so old it was sagging in the middle. It also smelt dirty and old throughout the property. There is also no bar or restaurant on property like advertised, you have to take a shuttle to sister property to enjoy those amenities.

No Internet for 2 days, even after staff reset the router. This is a real problem for us as most Canadians do not have cell phone or cell internet access in U.S. and rely on hotel internet access to get things done. Lackk of internet was very inconvenient and disappointing. Staff indicated possible refund, but we're back home 2 days and no word from Garden Place Hotel. Also, if you don't book off their private web site, no complementary breakfast for you. Have stayed at 4 other hotels in the vicinity over past year or so, and no such problems with them.
