My experience at this place if you sharing bed you cannot make your own time to sleep place close to shopping street and transportation but in room other persons who sharing room with you they can come any time they want and disturb your sleep if you feel ok with that disturbance on your sleep your choice but for me next time I will not share room with others

The receptionist on the 17th floor was very patient, kind and went out of her way to ensure all of my needs were met including accommodations, breakfast, and the limousine bus to the airport. The General Manager, Kevin Kim, who was overseeing the breakfast was remarkable and I was treated by him as if I was family. The breakfast buffet was a fantastic fusion of fresh Korean and western style offerings. My only disappointment was the sparse gym. The hotel is also close to several subway and bus stops and conveniently located near the Lotte department store and all of the amazing food vendors. Thanks again Mr. Kim for a great stay.

"The facility was new and just recently upgraded. Very clean and safe environments for kids to play. Wonderful experience!! Would recommend to anyone. "It was super comfortable and clean and the hostess was super nice. She gave us fruit and helped us with the bus. We ended up missing the bus and she gave us a ride. The pool and BBQ area were really pretty as well. Loved it."
