However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. "i'm very disappointed because the hotel did not receive my booking even though been confirmed by expedia. i have waited for an hour before the problem can be resolved. some more i got a smaller room (downgrade) from 2 + 1 bed which i book earlier (1 month early) to double bed for the same amount i paid. i should be compensated for the trouble."

"This is a residential area, so be warry of lack of transport and eateries. Overall quiet neighborhood. Booked for 2 Adults and 2 Kids and got a huge room with 2 aircons. Bathroom and water pressure was ok. Pillows and mattress were hard. Common area well occupied with water dispenser (hot/cold), iron and washing machine. Don't think they accommodate any cooking or heating up. Breeze self check in and check out process."
