The staff all were incredibly professional, attentive, and made the extra effort to make our stay so memorable. "I booked, and paid for a suite at the Amstelski through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told they had no rooms left, and that they had put me into a standard room at a hotel next door. Whilst the room was adequate, I hate small rooms, and the room I stayed in was half the price of what I booked. Expedia have refused to refund the difference. After several hundred stays through Expedia, the 4th at this property, there won't be any more with either. "

"З самого приїзду був зіпсований настрій, коли мені повідомили, що моє бронювання не оплачене. Другим неприємним "сюрпризом" було те, що басейну у готелю немає. Хоча на фото дуже привабливі види декількох басейнів. Також система по фільрам вказує наявність басейну. Насправді то фото Voda Club, вхід в який є платний як і для всіх інших туристів. Навіть знижки немає. Третій негатив - відчуття "затасканості" номеру. Багато всього або зламано, або на межі. Четвертий негатив - прибирання в номері...

"The hotel is almost impossible to find, and Google Maps won’t get you there. You can see it on the hill, but you can’t figurr out how to get to it. It’s off a narrow gravel road that looks almost like a walking path. Lots of construction nearby. Once you find it, the hotel is beautiful. The food was excellent. The spa is small but nicely-appointed. I was disappointed that the pool/jacuzzi area was inside with the saunas, because there were so many kids in the pool and jacuzzi that it was too...
