"I keep coming back to this property because of its vicinity with Victoria Mall. I will look for alternatives since this hotel started to charge $10 one way airport shuttle per person while the price is still higher compared to any similar US Best Western location. Clean, great customer service but wrong location.
"Had a good experience, the property manager was really accommodating and helpful. Clean and has a generator. Only issue I had was the location, it's not located in munyonyo which was a little misleading."
