This SPACIOUS EXECUTIVE AND MORDEN apartment is the ideal place for a family on holiday, or the travelling business executive who wants to be home away from home. The main bedroom comes with with a comfortable king size bed, a couch that can be turned into an extra bed, clean en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with doors and windows that opens up to a spacious enclosed veranda with an exercise bike. A third bedroom has a double bed. The main bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. There is also a kitchen with fridge, stove and a microwave. The spacious living room comes with a very comfortable lounge suite to relax on after a busy day, a six sitter dinning table, a TV and you can enjoy your favorite show on DSTV. There is also 100% city council water, 100% electricity, and a solar geyser.

The apartment is located in a quite and clean neighborhood just opposite queens sports club, close to Tshisa Nyama for the braai lovers and a walking distance to the CBD.
