Beautiful setting, quiet and relaxing. The villa was really luxurious and the pool kept clean. The villas are set 25min walk from the main Lovina beach area but there are a few bars and restaurants right by the hotel that are fantastic....the warung dolphin in particular.

Villaen var stor og rummelig. Lækker stor seng og stort badeværelset med både spabad og bruser. Stedet kunne dog trænge til lidt vedligeholdelse, men man får til gengæld meget for pengene. Den ligger ud til stranden, men man kan ikke bade ved den strand, så man skal gå lidt længere langs stranden for at kunne bade.

Beautiful villas on the beach! The pool area is lovely with outddor kitchen. The inside has thatched roof and great outdoor shower area. All surrounded by lush gardens and balinese statues. Will definately be back👍👍👍

Poor service n facilities not well maintained

We had marino2, a lovely villa, very private n nice. The shower did not work, the bath tub did not drain well. The room was very hot as aircon didn’t work well. The cloth around the bed was dusty n pillows were too high. It was not really clean. No toiletries provided. Breakfast was brought to the villa, they claimed that they called us but we didn’t hear the phone ring. 8am breakfast was only received at 920am after we called them at 850am to ask. The next day we had to leave at 530am n asked if we could hv some fruits n breads n biskets to go n they said NO. The staff were not helpful at all n not service oriented. They cld hv prep apples and bananas n left at reception but they didn’t want to. We asked 3 diff staff n they said breakfast serve at 8am only. Loving to airport was 4 hours drive, we cld hv done with some apples n bananas, simple gesture but the staff refused to prep. N O idea of service n lots of mosquitoes as the drains were all filled w stagnant water n we highlighted this to the staff n they just smiled. We spoke Bahasa Indonesia, so it is not a situation of not understanding. Hotel not on beach front.

Pretty from the outside but..

We stayed for 3 days here and they were average. The resort from afar seems beautiful but when you look up close you find cracks ( Plugs not working, lights flickering at night, main door not closing, ordered room service because the restaurant was not working but due to no house keeping it stayed with us for one day ?) That would have been potentially fine if the front desk staff would have been a bit more informative and helpful overall? We had to ask for extra water, for the room to be cleaned ( ?) , for more information, to wait for them to check the rooms and then we can check out ? ( That was a first) There wasn't much hospitality to be honest from their side except for the staff that helped us out with our luggage and the ones in the restaurant. It felt a bit like a drag to get all information out of them and for them to be hospitable to us. The main thing that I'd like to point out is that they do not have a private beach as mentioned on the website which was misleading and disappointmenting. The beach is 20ish min walk or there is a rocky strand of beach and boats which you can follow to the main Lovina beach. I believe overall the lack of hospitality from the front desk staff ( management and co ? ) paired with the above made the stay a bit sour.

Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer, die Villa mit 300 Quadratmetern ist wirklich sehr schön, man hat viel Platz, der Pool ist groß genug, man hat sogar ein Kochfeld und das Bad ist auch sehr geräumig. Gino Feruci ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Anlage.

Et hotel i forfald.

Det ses at man har haft store tanker om dette hotel, men hvis der ikke bliver vedligeholdt, så forfalder det. Loftet i bruseren var ødelagt, lampeskærmen var smadret, klinkerne er løse ved poolen, vandskader i lofterne, og der var ikke rentgjort ordenligt. Morgenmaden var super ringe, tørt toastbrød, croissant fra en pose, ingen bacon flere gange, en og kun en kop kaffe. Hotellet ligger lige ved vandet, men der er ikke adgang pga. bølgebryder i beton.

These villas were perfect for a relaxing cople of days, perfect to lay by the pool sit on the deck enjoying a cold dtink from the kitchenette on the deck or room service. Easy to buy from mini mart 5 minute away. Some great restaurants all within 5-10 minutes walk. And best of all right on the beach where to dolphin adventure starts,could do this over & over great way to start the day. Only downside need transport to v

Run down & infested with mosquitoes

The furniture in the room is old & run down. Blinds are broken and TV remote control does not work. Room is dark & infested with mosquitoes. My husband and I were bitten throughout the night and we checked out the next morning even though we booked for 2 nights. Breakfast was unappetizing and table had ants all over. Whole place was like a 70s leftover. Pictures of the villa were very misleading and never will we ever recommend or come back here.

Leider kein Buffet und shuttle

Die Villa ist sehr schön und sauber. Man kann die ruhige Lage genießen. Sind uns nicht sicher ob man Lange im Pool bleiben soll. Das wasser war etwas komisch( hat auf wunden sehr gebrannt). Leider gab es kein Buffet wie bei der Buchung beschrieben und auch das shuttle war nicht da, da der Chef anscheinen mit dem auto selbst nach Denpasar gefahren ist.... Sehr schade!!! Für 2 Tage ok aber länger geht es nicht.

Nie wieder!!

Wir haben eine Villa mit eigenem Pool gebucht gehabt. Als wir ankamen wurde uns schon mitgeteilt das der Pool sowie das Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand sei. Wir sollten uns das Zimmer angucken und dann entscheiden, ob wir in ein alternatives Hotel gebracht werden sollen. Pool war voller Algen das Wasser war komplett grün. In der Villa war überall Schimmel an der Wand... deshalb nahmen wir das alternativ Hotel.. dies war leider aber auch nicht viel besser. Dreckig und total veraltet. Zum Glück sind wir nur eine Nacht geblieben...

Vill man se delfiner, åk hit!

Som tidigare recensenter nämnt så var det väldigt mkt mygg. Vi hade mögel på hela taket i badrummet, färgen på taket på uteplatsen hängde i stora hok. Väldigt lugnt område, inte alls mkt turister, men desto mer "säljare" som inte ger sig i första taget. Resturangerna runt om var supermysiga, allra helst på kvällen. Mkt livemusik och trevlig personal överallt. Stranden i Lovina sägs vara svart, enligt mig var den mörk, absolut inte svart. Lovina känns som ett ställe där folk brukade åka till tidigare men som har glömts (dött) lite idag.

Not bad, but...

Honestly this hotel had such potential everything was perfect except for some major issues. 1. Outdoor bathroom. Great in theory. Sucks when its dark. Mosquito's come to the light. Gekko's everywhere etc. 2. Large gap at bottom of the door (about 2 inches). Allowed mosquito's to fly in. And twice my girlfriend saw a rodent in the room. More worrying is that bali has cobras. Cobras eat rodents. Cobra could have followed into room.
