"VRBO. After booking and getting a confirmed booking reference and paying full amount. The being truly shafted started. Place was locked up on arrival. Communication could only be done through the Abro app - which was a pain in the arse to set up and get working. On arrival at the appartment, no key or communication. Tried to get in contact with owner. We were given a message that the place was already booked. That left us in peak season without anywhere to stay Ruined our holiday as we had to...
