"Its a typical asturian stone house. The main atraction for us was the location , a hamlet with no more than 10 houses surrounded by mountains all overooked by the Pico Peñamallera . The house is spotless clean with a great fireplace and all the amenities you need."

"The property is beautifully clean and very well presented, about 8 miles from busy Cangas De Onis in a very rural, small village in the hills. Perfect for those, like us, wanting to be away from it all and perfect for exploring the spectacular Picos de Europa. "The hotel has no onsite front desk. Our room was a 1 bedroom ground floor suite. The unit is dated but in good condition and clean. Oddly it didn’t have hand soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Parking is underground and there is surface street parking. I called the hotel walkable and it is to a point. "This is a nice apartment in a block of apartments that share a small pool. Other residents were friendly and the apartment is in walking distance of a couple of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Colombres is in a beautiful location with an interesting history and access to the mountains and beaches of Asturias.
