"We arrived with other tenants from the 3 bedder (apartment B) in our 1 bedder room (apartment A). There wasn’t much an apology from the manager but her frustration towards the other tenants who made the mistake and her cleaners who probably left apartment A unlocked. The manager couldn’t reach her cleaners so she asked the tenants who made the mistake to rectify their mistakes by changing the linen.
