"What to say?? It was okay. My wife thinks I have high expectations but, I disagree! Overall the hotel is fine. The location is good for getting up to the Citadel and walking into the town. The food was good and breakfast okay, but not awesome. The bathroom in our family room was great. The beds were good (but extremely soft if you like that kind of thing). The TV was dreadful with no reception and only fuzzy reception on Romanian-only channels. Pool: the pool is good. You need to get an armband...

"The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near the old citadel. I especially appreciated the spa area, which includes a sauna and steam room—both complimentary with your stay. The room was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. My only minor complaint would be the TV channel selection; it would be nice to have Digi channels available for watching the games. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more...

"We stayed three nights during the summer shoulder period when the resort was not crowded nor busy and was gearing down after its busy season. The pools are excellent. The resort has a specific procedure on securing towels and different colored wrist bands for the two pools and spa. Regrettably, upon check in, the staff member who assisted did not explain the procedure well, causing us several awkward encounters with other staff members. Additionally on occasion the hotel rents out the facilities...
