We chose to have room service. The other issue we had was lack of information about how to get on the internet (everything was in Thai), how to use the tv (again, no English translation available.)"

"Located in a quiet area (not on a main like big hotels but close to tons of restaurants & food stalls, very clean, the shower is good. Generous with bar soap, no conditioner which is fine with me. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you.
