"Good location for our needs"

"As others have said, the rooms are a bit worn, but I think the price reflects that. The location is excellent and our communication with the property before our stay was excellent regarding parking and fold out couch. We will definitely consider staying here again for future trips to Canberra. "

"The biggest challenge with this property is the parking. I knew this before I arrived as I had read several reviews so I thought I was prepared. When checking into most hotels you expect to park in front by the entrance, not the case here. There is a roll up door around the corner that you have to find first. Once entering you follow the signs to the reception desk. No real designated parking for this that I could find. My issue arrived with the strong accent of the very sweet young lady...

"Great walk to the Westfield in Belconnen and otherwise an easy access to scooters to get where you want to go, good ol' uni students in a share dorm so if you're an old codger that likes quiet then you won't want to be here, because uni students lol Was a bit annoyed with the boom gates to get in/out of the parking lot as it never worked and needed to ring the office to be let in/out, but otherwise not shabby, Hella comfy bed "
