"The stay was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to one great restaurant and a couple of good ones. Easy to get to. The property manager was great. Check ed in with us to make sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The property is also located in a place that is within a reasonable driving distance and just minutes from the. "The property was clean. A little dated. The twin beds were very comfortable, the large double beds were not. The washing machine did not spin our clothes, there was a leak from the heater in the bathroom, and we had a tough time figuring out how to turn off the heat. All of our concerns went unanswered by management. We weren't there much, only to sleep, so we didn't make a huge fuss. Overall it was comfortable and clean, however I wouldn't stay here again."

"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. "First, Caroline (on-site supervisor) couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. The unit was very basic accommodations, like a budget hotel. Specifically, beds are on the lower quality end, to the extent that one of them had to be modified with extra comforters. "We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the Castle and folk park as well as shops and restaurants. Carol was very helpful with providing tips for dinning, site seeing and shopping. With four adults, it was nice to have the three bedrooms and two and a half baths. We would definitely stay here again."

"Parkhouse B&B is incredibly well located to both Bunratty Castle and the Shannon Airport. In fact, it is right down the street from Bunratty Castle. Our host and hostess were so welcoming and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep before catching our flight home the next day.
