There's a musty smell that we tracked to a never-cleaned air-conditioner filter, which we cleaned ourselves during our last stay in October, somewhat improving the issue. The process if you require linen was not the best in terms of you had to contact the Linen Service separately from the local Real Estate Agent who manages the property. "We loved the location of this property and the spacious backyard was great for the kids and our dog. I was quite frustrated after having checked the listing multiple times to then find out, after we had booked, that we needed to supply our own linens and towels. As a family of 5 this adds significant packing for us, not to mention washing when we arrive home. The house was clean although a few dishes had been put away dirty from previous users. Overall a nice stay."
