The Burj Khalifa skyscraper is located in the downtown Burj area of Dubai. It is situated adjacent to Dubai Mall, which has more than 14,000 available parking spaces, however it is also accessible by metro and bus.

The At the Top Experience is open every day and tickets can be purchased at the office, accessible via the Lower Ground level of Dubai Mall.
