I was stuck in Los Angeles due to the fires and tried to cancel as early as possible but when I called I was told that if the desk clerk cancelled for me, I'd automatically be charged for the room and that I needed to make the cancellation through the phone app. But the phone app doesn't work on my phone! I had an actual person on the line and she couldn't do anything to help me, even though she wanted to. So frustrated.

The space and environment were phenomenal. The 1 caveat to the stay was that our shower was broken. It would not stay on- and converted back to the bathtub. We did not complain or ask to move rooms because frankly it was later in the day when we checked in and just wanted to settle in. We did let the front desk know the next day.

I was truly impressed with the staff, the friendliness, the cleanliness there was a beautiful pool and hot tub that could be used along with an exercise area with treadmills and weights. Less than 15 minutes Duke’s restaurant was open to the Delta Marriott, which was so convenient. Breakfast was phenomenal. It was a brunch dinner could be served and a large bar area. Kudos to Mikey who assisted us with our dining needs. Thank you for the stay and wonderful food.

We stay here for a 4 days. It has a supercharge station 4 minutes away which is important because i need to charge my tesla everyday after returning from Stowe. It has a lot of stores nearby Starbucks, Moe’s, Target, Trader Joe’s, and more restaurants in college town which is about 15minutes away. Although we need to drive 45 minutes to get to Stowe Ski Resort, I still find this hotel very convenient and safe to stay. Our room is clean and is very comfortable. With the price we pay, I think it is a great deal. Will definitely stay here in the future.
