This historic twin farmhouse was built in 1889 and is located in the historic Yorkshire neighborhood of Burlington, New Jersey. Burlington was a well-established river crossing before English Quakers landed here in 1677. Aren't Schuyler, an early Dutch settler, operated a tavern and rope ferry to convey wagons and passengers between Burlington and Bristol, Pennsylvania. The English colonial government chartered an official ferry between the two towns in 1713.

Its only two blocks from the River Line Light Rail, where you can also take an economical and convenient trip to Philadelphia, New York City, Trenton or Camden County. Drivers can take a trip to Philadelphia only 18 miles away, birth place of our nation and home to the Liberty Bell, the Declaration of Independence, and the famous Philly cheese steaks.
We live on the premises, so we would be happy to provide our guests with local tips on restaurants, country markets and cafes, as well as recommendations for shopping and sightseeing. Otherwise, you will not be disturbed.

We clean, then sanitize. Using detergent or soap and water to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray all surfaces with a disinfectant after each guest departs. We don't use paper towels or disposable wipes, instead we use a new cleaning cloth for each guest.
