"Recently returned from a short break at Wildgoose Cottage. The cottage is deceptively spacious, warm and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. It is ideally situated just off the Cleveland Way to walk into Whitby, a flat walk approx 45-50 minutes or to Robin Hoods Bay a more undulating walk approx 2.5 hours, both with fantastic views. The ‘lane’ up to the cottage is a rough single track bridleway, currently, with several potholes. Many other cottages we’ve stayed in provide a file/card...

"We had a great 3 days at Aquamarine. The apartment was lovely with everything you needed. The facilities on site were great. We used the swimming pool, steam room and sauna which was clean and well kept. We popped into the pub for dinner one evening and staff were polite, a good range available on the menu. Drinks were slightly expensive but we only had the one."

"Excellent communication, the welcome/check in was spot on. Location is secluded but directions from the team really accurate. Hottub was a bonus and the sense of really getting away from bustle of life is what sets this place apart from the rest. Very easy access to the North Yorkshire Moors and heritage railway too. "

"An escape amongst nature. Very quiet , apart from the birdsong beautiful to hear. Cottage was very well appointed , cosy and comfortable. Directions were very clear, even though the cottage was well out of the way. Every morning we saw the hares playing in the fields, we also made the most of the walks around the farmland.
