Formerly a dairy and beef farm, the property has been carefully looked after by the same family for around 90 years; the current owners being the third generation of the same family! A truly special and tranquil place, the owners are opening the doors to holidaymakers to continue to create more lasting memories for others to enjoy! Foxstones Farmhouse provides a comfortable, grand and unforgettable stay! The spacious master bedroom benefits from a king-size bed, leather couch & ample storage. Soak up the sun through the double windows and enjoy the peace of the countryside. The second bedroom has two single beds, with beams and mullion windows, with views of the countryside at the rear of the property. A further third bedroom overlooking the front garden has a single bed, chest of drawers, storage unit and bedroom chair.
Situated in the quiet village of Cliviger, near Burnley Lancashire. Ideally located to visit the whole of the North West of England, with countryside, bustling cities and the seaside, all accessible within an hour. The village has a hairdresser, a shop, a petrol station, pubs and much more! Down the stone steps, you are greeted by a cosy but spacious front garden with a table and chairs, which is the perfect area for BBQs or a quiet breakfast while planning your day’s activities. Entering the property you will find a tiled porch and grand entrance hallway. To the right you will find a spacious living area containing everything you need for a relaxing break. There is a three-seat sofa, rocking chair and armchairs, TV and dining table.
Through the door, you will find a separate utility room housing a washer and dryer, with a door leading to the rear enclosed courtyard. Through the modern kitchen, there is a dining table seating five where you can enjoy your home-cooked meal or relax and experience a local takeaway.
