"Extremely clean and tidy. Fantastic communication and friendly staff. A few constructive comments - it would be great to have non-slip tiles in the shower area and bigger, more effective air conditioning throughout. Extremely hot in summer (even with air conditioner). Some rooms were impossible to cool down. Overall a good experience. Would be great in winter! "
