Discover a beautifully restored, turn-of-the-century stone and mud brick cottage nestled in the serene countryside in a unique rural setting just on the outskirts of Burra's city centre.
Set on an acre of land, with a creek, this semi off-grid retreat offers a peaceful getaway where modern comforts meet historic charm.

Step inside to find tastefully decorated interiors, featuring antique furniture reminiscent of the bygone copper mining era. With spacious rooms, original doors, French windows, and a unique mini-orb and wooden kitchen, the cottage exudes a warm, rustic atmosphere.

The outdoor space is equally inviting, complete with a BBQ area and ample seating to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding hills. On the neighbouring property, alpacas, horses, guinea fowl, and kangaroos make for a delightful countryside experience.

Plenty of parking is available plus a carport to accommodate 2 cars, and there’s room for friends and family to join with caravans on the adjoining land. This is the perfect place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and take in the simple pleasures of rural life.

Country Blues was originally a barn before being converted to a home. It has been rented out and was only converted to a BNB in September 2024.
