"Had the best time with our 3 kids and dog. It was so nice knowing our dog was looked after in a very secure yard when we went out. Provisions were incredibly generous. Loved seeing the beautiful animals at the property. Beds are so comfortable. Location is perfect. Owners were lovely and very helpful. Thank you for having us."

"An amazing location for quick access to Mount Gambier. Bird life is amazing, Wrens, Cockies and farm friendly animals were apreciated by all. Very secure location for pets, with great conveniences and fresh eggs. Very relaxing stay. "

"The meals were very generous and good pub fare. The room was not heated at all, so be aware in winter it's cold!! An electric blanket would have been helpful. That said, the blankets were warm. Wifi didn't work in the rooms, so we weren't able to watch anything or plan the next day (no tv). Wifi worked in the shared lounge and in the bar. It was clearly a grand hotel in its day, nice that not too much has been modernised. "
