Clean and large rooms, ours had a nice large terrace with a view of the hills. Very convenient in terms of proximity to sights and public transport. There is even a taxi stand in the same lane. Elaborate and nice Turkish breakfast. Loved it and will stay again if I'm in Bursa.

Very helpful staff in an ideal location for sights

An extremely efficient check in accompanied by exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect to explore the sights and we would consider staying here again. The only reason why overall it’s not 5 stars is that it is quite noisy at night and the rooms could be sound proofed more.

This hotel is outstanding the staff went out of their way anyway, they could to help me from the restaurant to the front desk. They were all so very nice. The hotel is in the middle of all the shopping and dining that you could ever need. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone else, I would like to tell everyone at the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Location, Location, Location people. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Bursa due to its central location. Located in the shopping center of Koza Han this was a very clean hotel. It was designed beautifully and our room was spacious. The staff was very responsive and when we forgot something in the safe they were able to retrieve it for us without hesitation.
