"Excellent breakfast, to go bag was very convenient for an early morning departure. Staff was super nice. Their clean-up efforts after the flooding were fantastic. A hot tub would have been appreciated, but otherwise my stay was wonderful."

"Our check-in was perfect. There was no one staying here so we had the hotel to ourselves. The bed was very comfortable and there is very little road noise. The room needed a touch-up from housekeeping as there were dead flies in the bathroom and spiderwebs in the television area. There was a big hole behind the door in the bathroom and most of the lightbulbs above the sink were either burned out, missing or very dim."

"Hotel staff very nice. Coffee & Tea available 24/7. Breakfast was solid. Location is just off I-40, but the hotel is not particularly convenient to the happenings of downtown Asheville. Room was clean & eco-friendly. Neither of the 2 beds in my room was particularly comfortable. Hotel is set up well to charge various devices. All in all, pretty good. Just wish the beds were more comfortable."

"It was great to find a hotel close to Asheville that had water and power. They have a restaurant on site with a great bartender. Food was delicious. The area is still torn up with a bunch of downed trees, but the main building was clean and quiet. Check in was a bit of a hassle but the staff there was quick to help. Will certainly stay there again as I am working the hurricane damages and will be back. "

"The staff were super helpful and friendly, and allowed us to check in an hour early. The property is clean outside and parking was convenient too. The room was clean and bed very comfortable, these were the pros. The cons were no shampoo in the bathroom and the bath towels were extremely old and worn with a “bald spot” an area you could see through. The night lamps on each side of the bed were inoperable. Lastly the Coffee convenience tray had one cup that the protective wrapper was missing and...
