I’m not one to leave negative reviews but I travel very often for work and this hotel really was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The hotel itself is the most confusing configuration I have ever seen. It is connected with another hotel and they assume that visitors should just know this. The staff even acts put out if you go to the wrong counter. And god forbid you go to the wrong side of the RIGHT counter. It is almost like they go out of their way to be unfriendly here. I don’t expect a red carpet or even a greeting when you walk through the door, but this hotel staff acted like they would rather be pulling out their own toe nails than helping us check in and out. Some basic courtesy would have been appreciated.

The room was amazing, very clean and plenty of space. The shower room was also incredible with great shower pressure and built in bidet. The staff were very helpful and so quick when making up the room! The stay was fresh, modern and honestly I couldn’t fault it.

Busan with a view
The premier suite was superb. Stunning view from the 2 story windows. Felt very elite with the type of accommodations. Loved the separate toilet room. Only issue was with the ac unit. Difficult time trying to adjust the temperature so that it wouldn’t turn off and on every 15 seconds. The elevators were extremely slow also. Overall the stay was very good!!
