The staff are very nice and helpful and we had enjoyed a very good service there. The location is very convenience, within a few minutes' walk to the subway station and underground shopping street.

Really well placed for transport, eateries and convenience stores. A Korean breakfast, brought to the door every morning, was a great ‘Korean’ start to the day. Lots of building going on in the area, so will be transformed when finished.

Hotel room is big and the staff is very helpful. We were provided a portable heater when we told the staff that the room is cold. The hotel also allow luggage storage so it is good that you can arrive early or shopping after check-out,

Top class service

A no-frills hotel with top class service. An excellent choice if all you want is a place to shower and sleep while exploring the city. Room is spacious. Location is great as it is near two supermarket/mall and a metro junction. Being an Asian, the room service Korean breakfast is perfectly acceptable. As i had to go to the airport at 5 am, the staff woke up specially to call a taxi for me and gave the driver instructions. You cannot find service better than that!

Pros: - A very short walk away from the Seomyeon station and tons of famous restaurants and bars. Overall it's a SUPER great location for the price. - The female staff member who checked us in was absolutely lovely and regularly asked us if we needed towels and water and if we needed our room cleaned. - Breakfast was brought to the room every morning at 8am, and although portions were child-sized, they were delicious. Cons: - AC seems old and kept randomly turning off minutes after we turned it on. - The room wasn't super clean when we checked in, likely because the window had been kept open before we checked in so the floors and surfaces were covered in a thin film of dust and dirt. - There is no lock or curtain on/in the bathroom for privacy and the sliding bathroom door kept sliding slightly open even when we tried to put things to hold it closed. No matter who you stay with (in my case, my mother), it made for very awkward pooping time. 😅

Service was excellent, Manager was very attentive to detail and made sure guests were accommodated well. The condition of the place is slightly dated and need some refreshing (sheets, fixtures) but they made up for it with their attention to their guest's needs and we are thoroughly impressed.

Excellent hotel in a good location - very closed to shopping/dining district. closed to subway and buses. Clean and the room size is relatively big. Highly recommended.

The room is very outdated, the bed was horrible, very hard and It made a noise like a piece of wood underneath is broken. They need to change the mattresses. I Will definitely not be back.

It is a great place to stay, in room air conditioner was great during this heatwave. The bathroom is huge! Lighting around the sink is not very good which makes shaving a bit tricky. You can get ice filled cups and sugar from the 7 11 down the street. There is a custard tart place called Rere down the street that is delicious with a cup of coffee. There is a "burger shop" that makes good cheeseburgers with thick patties that rivals Whataburger and Five Guys. There are a lot of steps to climb at the subway station and the bus doesnt allow big luggage during rush hours, plan accordingly.

Excellent hotel!

Excellent stay! It's my second time at Residence Mumum, and it's still the same warm care from everyone at the hotel throughout our 2 weeks stay, especial thanks to Miss Jung, Mr Kim and Mr Park, it's literally a "home away from home"! :) It is so thoughtful of them to have a drying rack already prepared in the room upon our arrival for our long stay even before we asked. The in-room washing machine is definitely a big plus for travelers, nice! Miss Jung even took the initiative to send an extra chair to our room considering there are two of us, and a second chair will relieve us from having to share one chair during our long stay. Thank you so much! Absolutely loved the powerful hot shower every day when we were back to the hotel after being out in the cold for a long day. And not forgetting the warm breakfast prepared for us every morning, yummy! Residence Mumum is definitely my choice of stay again for future visits to Busan. Thank you, and see you all!

We made a late-night booking at a highly inflated rate to arrive after midnight with a 20-month old baby. To our surprise, we were welcomed with the person at reception repeatedly shouting no no no no no, maximum 2 people and babies are no exception. I have never been to a hotel where babies under 2 are not an exception and I have travelled extensively. In the end after some arguing, we were blackmailed for another inflated extra charge, the person at reception even said pay that otherwise, otherwise what? Throw us out with the baby on the street at 1am? He kept saying it's hotel policy, then they should state all their strict policies on Expedia, it is too late to say that when the guests have already arrived. The next morning, we were rushed out of the room with a phone call to 30 minutes before the check-out time. Again, I have stayed at countless hotels around the world including South Korea and this never happened to me before. The included breakfast practically looked like a pre-packaged meal box you find at 7-Eleven, and they rang the door at 8am waking us up just for that. The room does not even have a table for eating. I don't normally write reviews, but this is an exception.

L'hôtel est bien placé à quelques pas d'une station de métro, tout en étant à l'écart de l'agitation de Seomyeon. Plusieurs restaurants très sympa à proximité immédiate. Busan est une ville très étendue et nous avons pu rayonner vers les différents endroits touristiques à partir de ce quartier. La chambre est grande, la douche, les WC et le lavabo sont séparés, et il y avait des grandes serviettes de toilette. Les bouteilles d'eau ne sont pas renouvelées, il faut donc prévoir en parallèle. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner coréen. Accueil vraiment très gentil, nous avons pu laisser nos valises avant l'heure du check-in, et le monsieur nous a monté un étendoir pour faire sécher le linge. C'était très bien, aucun regret ! Merci pour le porte bonheur ^^

Bon emplacement et accueil très agréable

Très bon accueil souriant et prévenant .Nous sommes restés 5 jours,chambre spacieuse,calme,machine à laver,salle de bain super . Le petit déjeuner n était pas à notre goût, nous avons prevenu l'accueil qui a stoppé le petit déjeuner. A proximité marché et hypermarché permettent de déjeuner à l hôtel.
