The adjoining kitchen is both stylish and functional, equipped with modern appliances, generous bench space, and all the essentials you need for easy meal preparation. Step out to the patio for relaxed alfresco evenings and family fun with alfresco dining and BBQs.
On the ground floor, the spacious first bedroom offers a queen bed, split-system air conditioning, and access to a shared en-suite, providing a restful retreat. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with two singles. A modern family bathroom is conveniently located on this level.
For endless entertainment, the home features a dedicated games room with table tennis, an arcade machine, and darts. The fun continues outdoors with a private putting green, kayaks, scooters, and paddleboards for seaside adventures. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before relaxing in the fully enclosed garden, which offers both privacy and safety. Practical amenities like a washer and dryer and driveway parking ensure Driftwood is perfectly suited for extended stays.
A small starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
Linen and towels are available as an optional add-on for a flat rate of $249. If you'd like to include this package, please let us know when booking. Alternatively, if you prefer not to purchase the linen package, we kindly ask that you bring your own sheets and towels.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
