Dunsborough Cottage in Peron Ave

Located in Peron Ave just 2 streets from the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. The house is close to the Banks Avenue beach walkway.

Circular drive to carport makes parking the boat simple, ample room for vehicles.

Refurbished with new kitchen, new timber style floors throughout, white timber blinds, neutral decor throughout, reverse cycle air conditioning, 2 spacious renovated bathrooms. Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, 2 bedrooms plus separate studio with new ensuite bathroom. Master with walk in robe, built ins in second bedroom and hanging closets in studio. Master has a queen bed, 2 singles in the second and the air conditioned studio has a queen bed and a king single making it suitable for a couple, 2 singles or a few kids. All pillows, doonas (with covers) and blankets provided. All linen and towels included in rates for stays of 3 days plus.

2 day stays incur a linen hire fee of $85.

Enclosed yard with brick paving and pergola, BBQ, seating areas plus a secure treed and lawn area suitable for the kids or small dog (by arrangement). Please note Busselton Shire rules state that pets are not to be left unattended in approved short stay accommodation.

Fully equipped for family living and entertaining. Nespresso pod machine, ipod dock with bluetooth capability for music, smart TV and blu-ray in lounge and wi-fi throughout the house. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, new kitchen with stainless still appliances including dishwasher and family size fridge freezer.

Start up packs with coffee, coffee pods, tea, soap, washing powder and toilet paper provided.

Great place and dog friendly :)
It has been our 3rd time staying and we still love it. It's dog friendly with a great garden for zoomies and securely fenced. Everything is in walking distance (cafe, shopping, dog beach, walks) Super easy communication with owner. Very quiet neighborhood. Us and the fur babies loved it. We'll be back.... Thanks Pam

Highly recommend staying here!
Clean, great location, pet-friendly, easy accommodation. We have been staying here for years now and will continue to do so. New kitchen and fence looks amazing. The owner is super nice and does everything possible to make our stay easy! Very central location- close to town and the beach.

A great stay and fantastic location
We loved our stay here that was walking distance to the beach and shops. Our dog loved it too and it was wonderful to have. The option of bringing him. The cottage was clean and there were lovely examples of attention to detail to make the stay all the better. we will be booking again

Very easy communication with Pam, Thank you for that :) Great place, super dog friendly, dogs allowed inside, friendly neighbourhood, ideal when you travel with friends and want a little bit of own space with the granny flat. Everything is in walking distance, specially delicious coffee. We all loved it and our westies had a ball too

Perfect!

Great family getaway
The house was big and had everything we needed for our weekend in Dunsborough. It was great that it had everything we needed for our toddler so we didn't need to bring it all along. The only downside (due to my misreading of the listing) was that the third bedroom was actually detached from the house (which was a slight issue with only one set of keys). Overall a great place to stay.

Walking distance to town and beach
Light and bright clean little cottage, we r a family of five, the only problem was that the bunk house isn't attached to the house so my husband had to sleep out there as the kids weren't brave enough, (only young) it would suit teenagers enjoyed our stay non the less

Great place to stay
We stayed at Dunsborough Cottage as we had a wedding at Wise Wines. The cottage was very homely and super clean. My wives parents also came with us and our 2 kids. They loved the privacy of their own sleeping area and the main house fitted us perfectly. The huge, enclosed backyard was excellent for the kids to run around in and secure. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will be definitely booking another stay soon. (The owners were also great to deal with)

it was our second stay as we were very happy last time. It's great for dogs as the property is securely fenced. Quiet neighbourhood and everything in walking distance, short cut through the streets leads you down to the dog friendly beach. Local coffee just around the corner and shops 10mins away. Fantastic House and Location
We have stayed in Dunsborough many times and this is our favourite house. We'll be back. The location is absolutely perfect - very close to the beach and also town center. The house was spotlessly clean and had all the mod cons needed with special attention to details to make the stay even more enjoyable. The house comfortably absorbed our family of 4 with 2 medium size dogs. The check in process was great and really easy to communicate with the property manager / owner.

We just loved it
We had a very nice holiday at Dunsborough Cottage. Clean, spacious, close to amenities. Very comfortable bed, easy with young kids (thanks for the high chair ! ). Very pleasant to find coffee and tea as welcome pack ! In terms of quality, I "only" put 4 stars as I find lighting in the kitchen a bit poor (always in my back when I wash / cook) and the dining table is very shaky (but I understand it is on the point to be changed). Pam, thanks also for your nice advises, we enjoyed very much our stay and just want to come back as we had a "too little" feeling.
