Set amongst the stunning backdrop of grass trees, towering jarrah trees, kangaroos and the Australian native bush, this beautiful family home awaits your summer getaway or winter retreat.

Upon entering the property through a tree-lined archway down the meandering driveway, you are greeted by the expansive Idyll Estate. The house features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with enough space for a family or friends of up to 8 people to be comfortably accommodated. The master suite and second bedroom both have king beds, whilst the third and fourth bedrooms both have 2 king singles each.

The two bathrooms both have spa baths, and the layout is very suitable for 2 families to share as there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on separate sides of the house. This provides privacy with the kitchen and the living area in the middle.

The open plan living area and kitchen are perfect for entertaining all your guests, and there is plenty of room on the deck to enjoy summer BBQ’s and watch the sun go down, or even keep an eye on anyone that brings enough energy for a game of tennis or two. The tennis court is a full-size competition hardcourt with a perimeter fence all the way around. There is even the opportunity to take private tennis lessons with your very own coach. Idyll estate stays cool in the summertime with reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living area, or you can enjoy the roaring fire during winter with a glass of wine from one of the famous Margaret River Vineyards that are within easy driving distance from this property.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Idyll Estate - a wonderful holiday to be had
Idyll was everything we could have wished for in a holiday house. We loved the spacious rooms and playing tennis on the court located near the house. It made for a wonderful holiday.

We had a great stay!! House was so comfortable, heaps of space for everyone, holidaying with our grown up families with a one year old. Two separate wings of the house ment we all had our privacy which is important to us. Tennis court was a great end to each day. One constructive criticism of squeaky doors when the baby was asleep. I have given 4 stars as that is to me how it compares to similar properties within this price range that I have stayed at. The furniture was adequate, it had the it's for renters feel. Though there was plenty of room for the 7 of us and we enjoyed our stay in a well located area.
