You are a short walk to the Old Dunsborough Boat Ramp and swimming beach with shark net, or the Dunsborough and Districts Country Club where you can play a round of golf, a game of Lawn Bowls, or have a meal with the family. You are only 10 minutes walk from the entry to the Meelup Regional Park which is the start of the hiking tracks which take you to Cape Naturalist Lighthouse and the start of the Cape to Cape Walk. Dunsborough townsite is a short bike ride or 5 min drive where you have access to a large range of shops and restaurants.

The kitchen, living and dining area open out onto a covered outdoor patio and entertaining area, perfect for summer BBQ's. You might even see some of the local wildlife come past if you are quiet. Outdoor Area
The outdoor Alfresco area includes a table setting for 8 people, gas BBQ, benches where you can lie down and chill with a good book or enjoy a drink after a day at the beach or hiking through the bush.
There’s also a bench in the front courtyard where you can enjoy tea or coffee and watch the birds. An outdoor shower is also provided in the front courtyard to cool off after walking back from the beach on a hot summer's day.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, freezer and fridge with wine rack, plenty of utensils, crockery, cookware, glasses, pots & pans and serving dishes. There’s also plenty of shelving to store your own ingredients and supplies.
There is a compost bin provided outside the laundry door for those that like to recycle their fruit & vegetable waste.

Bedroom 1

Ensuite
The ensuite features a vanity, toilet and walk-in shower as well as a heated towel rail and heating lamps for those cold winter days. The louvre window allows a lovely breeze to come through in summer. A hairdryer is provided in vanity.
Front Lounge
The front lounge provides comfortable recliner chairs where you can enjoy a good book or watch some TV. There’s a smart TV where you can tune into your Netflix, Disney Channel, Stan or any other you may be subscribed to.
Bedroom 2
Queen Bed, storage in walk-in robe with shelf for your suitcases as well as hanging space, shelving. There is also a set of drawers and bedside tables, fan for summer and heater for winter. This bedroom has a view to the back garden and there’s plenty of power points to plug in all of electronic gadgets!
Bedroom 3
Tri bunk which offers a range of sleeping options in either the double bed or the single top bunk. There is plenty of storage in the wardrobe and set of drawers, a fan and heater are also provided. There’s an ironing board in the cupboard here as well. This bedroom has a view to the back garden.
Bathroom
The main bathroom is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3 and features a shower, bath, vanity and heating lamp. A hairdryer is also provided.
Toilet
There’s a separate toilet next to the laundry.
Laundry
The laundry includes a washing machine and cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner and mop etc if required. There’s an outdoor clothesline out the side of the house.
Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Excessive noise will result in a forfeit of your bond.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
