Peppy Tree house is perfectly located in a quiet part of Old Dunsborough and is within easy walking distance to town and the local beaches, providing the perfect base to explore the Margaret River region.

As you enter the property you will immediately get the sense of the tranquil light that comes through the huge living room floor to ceiling windows overlooking a peppermint grove. The property takes advantage of the peaceful surroundings by featuring an outside entertaining deck – an ideal place to sit back and relax with a glass of our regional wine with family and friends

The ground floor has a spacious Queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and features an open plan large living & dining room area with TV and a fully equipped spacious kitchen that can cater for all needs and occasions. The living room patio doors lead out onto the outside entertaining deck area.

Upstairs provides 2 Queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom with bathroom facilities that include a bath and shower with a separate toilet. There is the addition of a TV area with air-conditioning.

Dunsborough is a popular tourist town in the famous Margaret River wine region. The region boasts many great wineries, restaurants, cafes, arts and crafts and boutique shops. Renowned as one of the worlds best surf locations you will find stunning and pristine beaches with clear aqua waters including breathtaking unspoiled natural scenery with an abundance of wildlife such as whales, dolphins, kangaroos, parrots and cockatoos. The marine life is easily accessed by the numerous safe and protected snorkeling locations close by. There are numerous walking routes including the well known cape to cape trail that are suitable for all abilities. Children will be entertained by the numerous activities in the region including our famous caves!
