Come and enjoy a cosy holiday and snuggle up in front of the indoor or outdoor fireplaces, with not a care in the world. A quick walk along the beach into town for a lovely long lunch or why not visit one of the many wineries while staying in our beautiful Southwest.

THE HOUSE
We have a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven and cooktop, and microwave.
The living area has reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort or enjoy the lovely wood fires to warm the house on those cool winter nights. The second bathroom is located adjacent to the outdoor patio area. The laundry has a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a smart TV, so you are welcome to use your own Netflix ID. This fully renovated home is tastefully decorated and has modern unpolished concrete floors.

The backyard is enclosed. I love the big timber deck patio area. There is a gas BBQ. Plenty of room for the kids to play. NB: We cannot accommodate pets.

House is registered to sleep five people only.

Pillows, blankets and quilts are provided at the property. Guests can BYO linen or hire linen for your stay. Linen hire includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats, tea towels, and face washers.

Parking available for 2 cars only.

Babies under 6 months free.
6 months to 14 years old $15 per night - NB: Do not enter children as extra people as the VRBO/Stayz program will charge full price. At the time of booking just inform me of your children and I will manually add them onto the booking.

For your comfort, please consider these few things. Just like your home, the house is seasonally and occasionally visited by "nature". While we pest control the house regularly no treatment will ever stop them completely. We supply insect repellent for personal outdoor use and odourless fly killer for indoor use. Our property (and all Quindalup/Dunsborough area) is alongside a vast “Wetland for Wildlife” corridor which means our house may also occasionally also be visited by other wildlife.

Your ID will be required. Also, the names of all guests staying at the house as per City of Busselton requirements for registration.

Check out is 9.55am before 10am. After 3.00pm check in unless otherwise arranged. We will do our best to accommodate your request if we can.

This was a lovely property to stay at - renovated beautifully throughout and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms comfortable and pleasant to be in and the outdoor area charming. The beach is also a short walk away. My friends and I had a great stay!

Dont judge a book by its cover. Outside of the property on first looks can be deceiving as the inside of the property is decorated to a high standard throughout with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Outside entertaining area is great and has everything you can ask for when relaxing after a hard day at the beach. Proximity to the beach was so easy even the kids didnt complain.

Very well presented and tidy. Very short walk to the beach and stroll to the town centre. Lots of attractions within a short drive of the house. Good communication with the manager and was very easy to find our way around the house. Would recommend to families looking for a base in the Margaret River region whilst they explore.

Property was clean & tidy, close to our worksite. The 2nd bathroom is outdoors however which we weren't expecting and with 3 men & 1 women staying there on a business trip made it slight awkward. They require a lot of information prior to check in also. Overall though the rooms are well appointed and the living space is lovely.

The house was so beautifully furnished and clean when we arrived. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice area within a short distance from the Dunsborough town centre and a quick walk to the beach. Will definitely be recommending this place and returning again for another down south trip.

Could not be more beach side Aussie relaxed! Lovely 4 bedroom home, 200 meters from the main Dunsborough beach. Very well equipped home that we leased incl premium linen. Lovely welcome gifts and great outdoor entertaining area. Street can be noisy at times early morning - no AC in the bedrooms. But as it cools down nicely at night, that really is no issue. Highly recommended.

This house was fabulous
While the outside of the property may look a little deceiving, our stay at Victoria and Leanne’s house was super lovely. The house was a beautiful minimalist beachy vibe, with a very clean interior that included everything we possibly needed in terms of appliances and tools. They were super responsive to all communications, often responding within the hour or less to any questions or queries we had. Our favourite spot was the outdoor area, we spent a lot of time out there and it was super cute! We also were super close to the beach, which made for some nice sunsets and we were also very close to the town which was very ideal. Overall, we had a super lovely stay, would highly recommend to anyone who wanted a cozy beachy stay down south.
