Villa Green Harmony - Ideal Solution to stay near Verona and Garda Lake

The geographical position is one of our strong points! The Villa is located in via Murici 29 in Bussolengo (VR). We are right at the crossroads between the Modena / Brennero motorway, exit Verona nord and the Milan-Venice motorway, exit Sommacampagna or Peschiera. The city's airport is Valerio Catullo, 10 minutes' drive from the Villa. The closest railway stations are those of Verona Porta Nuova and Peschiera and Castelnuovo del Garda. Bus connections every day from 7am to 9pm from/to Verona railway and Piazza Bra and from/to Lake Garda. Bus stop 100 meters from the villa in via Gardesana.
Halfway between the Verona and Brescia shores of Lake Garda and the city of Verona, the home of love, good food and good wine. You can visit Juliet's house and balcony, the beautiful medieval part of the city, the Arena amphitheatre, Piazza Erbe with its magnificent frescoes and characteristic bars, numerous well-preserved archaeological sites from the Roman age, even in the open air, in via Cappello, the basilica of S. Zeno, Castelvecchio, Ponte Pietra, the Scaliger Arches, the hill of Castel S. Pietro from where you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the city and the bends of the Adige river.
You can attend the famous operas and concerts in the Arena and classic theatrical performances at the Roman Theatre, on the banks of the Adige river; there are numerous shows at the Teatro Nuovo and in the various open-air theaters in summer; you can also attend opera and symphonic music concerts at the Philharmonic Theatre.
A few minutes by car and near Lake Garda are the renowned amusement parks of Gardaland, Movieland, Caneva, Rio Valli, Parco Zoo Safari; you can relax at the beautiful outdoor spas of Villa dei Cedri Terme di Colà, Aquardens and Aquaria.
You will be just a few minutes drive from the famous wine hills of Valpolicella, home of the Amarone, Recioto and Valpolicella wines, and the moraine hills where the Custoza, Bardolino and Lugana vines grow.
Easily reachable are Monte Baldo with the interesting Sanctuary of the Madonna della Corona in Spiazzi and the Malcesine cable car from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Garda; an hour's drive away you can reach the wild Carega massif; in our mountains in summer you can go on mountain bike excursions, go trekking, horse riding, gliding, sport climbing and via ferratas, and in winter downhill and cross-country skiing. In the Veronese hills you can enjoy a cool afternoon at the Molina waterfall park and in the beautiful Valle dei Molini near Costermano.

Lake Garda offers numerous activities: from resting on the beach to enjoy the summer sun to sailing with the scheduled ferries that go back and forth from one side of the lake to the other, from water sports such as sailing, kite surfing, wind surfing in Torbole, scuba diving in the immersed sites of Assenza; from excursions around the lake on equipped paths to via ferratas; from the cycle paths along the banks to the visit to the sanctuary of the Camaldolese friars in Garda. In the pretty pedestrian town of Sirmione you can visit the castle and the caves of Catullus with its beautiful beaches and natural sources of thermal water.
The house is large and bright, equipped with a beautiful garden on 3 sides, with a large living room with television and dining room, eat-in kitchen adjacent to the outdoor space under the porch with additional tables and chairs where you can have breakfast or lunch outdoors , n. 2 large double rooms, one of which with TV, n. 2 rooms with single beds, one with TV, 2 bathrooms, 2 internal parking spaces in the garden, possibility of hosting up to 7 people.
The house is equipped with all comforts, ideal both for two people who want a comfortable and quiet place, and for families or groups/groups of friends who need space to all be together to spend relaxing days.
We decided to finish the house with elegant floral wallpapers; the colors have warm and welcoming tones and make the spaces harmonious.
The outdoor garden is equipped with tables to stay outdoors, the reserved spaces will allow you to spend carefree hours outside enjoying the sun and the surrounding greenery.
The villa is equipped with an outdoor parking space large enough to accommodate two medium-sized cars.

The space
Our villa is recently renovated, equipped with external insulation which facilitates maintaining a comfortable temperature in all seasons.
Entering the garden from the pedestrian path or the driveway entrance, you enter a porch equipped with tables and chairs and then enter inside the house.
In the entrance living room we find a 6-person dining table as well as a lounge with two large sofas and a medium-sized TV; from the French window of the living room you can enjoy the view of the rear garden.
Also on the ground floor you will find a kitchen with a 6-seater table as well as all the necessary furnishings and accessories; including a coffee machine, two convection ovens, hob, dishwasher and toaster.
The ground floor is completed by a large hallway and a bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and washing machine.
At the back of the villa there is another garden with fig, plum, apricot, pomegranate, jasmine, oleander and American vine plants.
The bedroom floor is accessed via two short flights of stairs to reach a central gallery from which there is a large double bedroom with large wardrobe and TV, a bedroom with 2 single beds and TV cabinet, a bedroom with single bed and desk , a large bathroom with sink, bidet and bathtub, 2 large balconies overlooking the external gardens. The floor is equipped with air conditioning and motorized shutters.

All the rooms on the ground floor except the bathroom have access to the garden and all the rooms on the first floor have a balcony where ashtrays are placed on the ground for the kind smoking guests, but cigarette butts must be left unlit in the ashtray; we will take care of emptying them. However, remember that smoking is prohibited inside the apartment 🚭 for everyone's safety and hygiene, thank you. 🙏🏼

Once you leave the Villa you will be in a green area but very close to the town center, with all its services. Bussolengo is a large municipality in the province of Verona with around 20,000 inhabitants, equipped with all the services of a city.

- Transport: 100 meters away is the extra-urban bus stop of the Verona - Lake Garda line with direct connection to the train station and Piazza Bra.
- Shopping centres: 5 km away are the Big Apple, Le Porte dell'Adige and the Gallery Shop Centre.
