You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 25 December - 7 January, EUR 4.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 4.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 24 December, EUR 2.80 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 79 per accommodation, per stay, (varies per unit)

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: from approximately EUR 19.90 for adults and from EUR 10.00 for children
• Self-parking fee: EUR 6.00 per night
• Pet fee: EUR 20 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 5.0 per night
