"The hotel staff was accommodating, however, the room had an unpleasant odor of smoke and visible mold growth. Additionally, there was significant noise disturbance during the night, affecting my ability to rest. To further inconvenience, there was a lack of available transportation options, such as Uber or taxis, when I needed to depart for the airport."

"This is a pleasant enough hotel but it could certainly use renovation and the facelift. The rooms are worn although the sheets were very clean and so was the bathroom. The staff were friendly and the hotel offers a decent breakfast."

"The room itself was nice and had been recently updated. There’s no door on the shower so water gets everywhere and cleaners don’t come everyday. When we booked it said breakfast was included and once we arrived at the property the receptionist said breakfast was not included despite us showing him that all rooms have breakfast included and that I couldn’t actually make a booking without breakfast however, he wasn’t interested and just said breakfast wouldn’t be included. "This is my second time staying at hotel Ravi. It is a quiet and cozy hotel with excellent service and amazing crew. It is just a quick walk up from the hippodrome next to the museum of Islamic art. "Great location, walking distance to shops and authentic turkish markets. Easy access to metro as well. Clean and comfortable rooms, I got a view of the mosques from my balcony. "
