I paid Expedia for my booking and when I arrived at the property They charged me again . They said they didn’t get the payment from Expedia. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in Expedia until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with Expedia .

Hotel péssimo com muito bom atendimento
Quarto Luxo com banheiro sujo, e vaso vazando. Peguei cama queen e deram quarto com duas camas solteiro encostadas que afundava no meio e a emenda incomodava. tv com quase nenhum canal e não tinha controlo. A única coisa muito boa do hotel é o atendimento dos funcionários, isso sim foi muito bom.

Amamos a hospedagem! Recepção super atenciosa, todas as nossas solicitações respondidas prontamente via WhatsApp, é bem próxima a Rua das Pedras, o trajeto até as outras praias da redondeza é super tranquilo e rápido, ótimo custo benefício, além do café da manhã perfeito com bastante variedade! Com toda certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Limpeza: nas áreas internas até aceitáveis, mas das áreas externas muito ruim. Serviços e funcionários: estacionamento com péssimo acesso, banheiro mesmo limpo com cheiro ruim e janela quebrada, chuveiro e torneira com água, praticamente pingando ( o chuveiro no quente a água extremamente quente porque a saída de água é insuficiente). Solicitamos reparos, mas ninguém apareceu. Funcionários prestativos, simpaticos e agradaveis. Café da manhã também ruim, com poucas opções e poucas reposições.

A pousada é perto do centro e da praia de joao Fernandes, porém não dá para ir andando, somente de carro. A pousada não possui acessibilidade. Não possuindo rampas e muita escada. O hotel nao possui restaurante, mas tem uma vendinha na frente com bebidas Ficamos no quarto standard e a bicama estava com bastante sujeira. O Café nos atendeu. Tinha bastante opções, mas nao recomendo o hotel se estiver viajando com crianças.

Pode melhorar.
Quarto amplo, muito tranquilo. O gerente e todos os funcionários prestativos e muito preocupados com os hóspedes. Porém, as dependências precisam de melhorias. Por exemplo, o quarto estava com o acabamento péssimo e o box embora estivesse limpo estava com o piso velho e desgastado parecendo "sujo" Deu para observar toda a equipe fazendo o possível, mas a impressão que deu foi que não recebem recursos suficientes. No salão de café pude observar que a qualidade de alguns produtos não são de primeira qualidade. O suco estava aguado( talvez para render) e a máquina de bebidas quentes horrível, tudo com muita água. Como já colocado, toda a equipe desde o gerente aos funcionários, estão de parabéns. São excelentes no que fazem. Mais a estrutura deixa a desejar. Afinal, queremos nos sentir bem e confortáveis. Uma nota 10 para o cafezinho, o bolo e o chá para os hóspedes na recepção todas as tardes .

Ótima só achei o estacionamento um pouco ,sem cuidado os hóspedes colocam os carros de qualquer jeito sem se preocupar,mas nada disso atrapalhou a minha estadia os meninos da recepção são muito atenciosos todos nos trataram super bem .
