Pontos positivos: A cidade de Búzios é maravilhosa. Pontos negativos: - Quase todos os funcionários não usaram máscara (parece que nem tem mais pandemia; apenas uma recepcionista usou máscara durante o café da manhã); - Meu Check-in atrasou 30 min porque o quarto não estava pronto; - Sugestão para hóspedes: levem sua raquete/baygon/repelente. Tem muito mosquito nessa pousada (nunca vi igual em Búzios) e quando pedi ajuda na recepção, ouvi que EU deveria comprar baygon. Matei na mão mais de 40 mosquitos. Mantenham a janela fechada, caso não queiram passar por isso. - Tive problema com o chuveiro do quarto e nos ofereceram utilizar o chuveiro em outro quarto, então pedimos para trocar de quarto. Isso foi aceito por eles. Nesse novo quarto, o ralo era totalmente solto, a colcha estava suja com patas de cachorro (como se não tivesse limpa) e o lençol estava com algumas marcas de sangue, provavelmente pelos mosquitos mortos pelos hóspedes anteriores ou eram manchas antigas. - O café da manhã é terceirizado, mas é bem básico. Tive algum problema na reserva no App e fiquei sem café, então paguei à parte, mas só no primeiro dia. - Não tem armário nos quartos, mas sim uma cômoda de madeira que não abria direito. Também não tem uma área para colocar as bolsas (em cima da cômoda fica a tv do quarto) e nem cadeira para sentar no quarto. Quando pedi uma, 3 funcionários me olharam estranho; entendi que estava pedindo algo absurdo e me retirei. Não retorno a me hospedar lá.

Gostei do atendimento dos funcionários, recepcionistas muito simpáticas, mas as instalacões deixam a desejar. O quarto é pequeno para 3 pessoas e escuro. A imagem da tv é ruim. O banheiro necessita de uma reforma urgente: a água dochuveiro sai muito pouco, os revestmentos sao velhos. A água da pia demora descer e quase transborda.
