"Fantastisk hytte på en skøn strand lige ved The Rock. Dog på øst siden så meget lavvande størstedelen af dagen. Smuk solopgang . Servering af mad på terassen både morgen og efter bestilling . Den lokale mad var god men fx burger ikke pengene værd. Fornuftige priser både på mad og drikke . Fantastiske restauranter langs stranden (bedre og billigere end The Rock) Virkelig sød og hjælpsom personale 😊 Strømmen gik hver dag og sengen var ikke så komfortabel - men vi kommer igen !"

"Typical party spot with no attention to details. Staff friendly but poorly trained. Windy all the time ( that’s the beauty of this spot ) lots of insects everywhere! "Beyond a beautiful setting, the staff and service make Mvuvi very special. Everyone is kind and helpful — including the drivers they use. They use a WhatsApp group to inform you of opportunities and activities. And a direct WhatsApp to organize transfers and answer questions. The breakfasts are delicious. I also loved the salt water pool. I stayed on the beach lounge side of the property in room 16 (up stairs) my colleague stayed in the room below (12) that had convenient walk out. Both had sea view. "

"The place need more entertaining as is very quiet area the location if you want to go anywhere you need taxi. The room has not tv cleaning ladies come early to do the room when we asked to wait some time and few minutes later they come again - was problem with air conditioning no working well but resolve and also two day we have issue with water in room for shower and toilet etc -food is ok in general nothing wow- the desert cakes etc feel not home made from taste and how look fake style and taste - friendly staff - bar did not have anything Simlar as Bailey - the out hrs food was not much to chose and also never had ice cream on any meal - only the one to buy in the shop and hay is not included on "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Sands Resort. Each suite is actually a separate bungalow with large, comfortable rooms and wonderful AC. There is an onsite restaurant that serves all day as well as a beach bar that serves snacks/meals during the daytime. It was very relaxing to be able to have all of our meals on the property. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Everything about the staff and property was wonderful. The hotel also offers excursions. The nice thing is that they are private which entailed having a driver and tours that were just for our party. However, I would not recommend doing the "swim with dolphins" excursion because there are too many other boats doing the same thing, and we didn't feel safe going in the water with so many boats moving around quickly to try to bring their passengers close to the dolphins. So, we stayed in the boat. Also, there were no life jackets available, and it was unclear how we would get in/out of the boat without a ladder or rope; the snorkel and other equipment was old, and we didn't get a chance to try the snorkel/mask before going on the water. We also did the Jozani Forest/Butterfly excursion, which was interesting to do to see the monkeys, mangroves, and butterflies, but the price the hotel charged seemed disproportionately higher than the experience merited; please note that I say this without knowing how much the hotel paid the driver to stay with us for several hours and for the forest guide. "
