"Recently my parents stayed at Vileen for 3 nights in luxury suite.The room was beautiful and was well decorated.Services were extremely outstanding.I would like to say special thanks to Prashant Kukreti-Front Office Manager.He was polite and kind.His response was prompt and my parents were impressed by his work.Thank you Prashant for making the stay comfortable and beautiful.Thanks"
"A great property and very friendly staff. They have good packages for sports as well. But it is very expensive. Location is juts lovely as you can see the Ganges flowing and the mountains. However, the cottages does not have TV and the WiFi is very slow. I had booked for 5 nights and hence the stay became too long for me. Overall a good property and good food."

"Superb experience with Lotus Suite.
They have private access to River Ganga which makes the experience very blissful.
Food in the restaurant is also very good.

"Excellent stay for 2 nights. Very helpful and polite staff. Ganga view from our room was mostly trees (3rd floor) but top floor common anea and restaurant floor view was spectacular. Restaurant is fine dining, somewhat expensive, but high level of service and food quality is good. . Nice ambiance with live sitar music. Included breakfast also good, with many options available, both Indian and continental, hot and cold. The highlight of our stay was going to the Ganga Aarti with Mr. Vijay (included with hotel stay). He took a group of 8 of us and did a good job of including both Indians and foreigners. He took very good care of us despite a heavy rainstorm, kept good track of us in the chaotic environment, helped us to participate fully. and arranged a tuktuk for us for the way back because of the rain. Was one of the highlights of my trip to India! Free yoga in the morning which was very good, and high tea at 4pm. "

"I have no hesitation in recommending this property for a lovely stay in Rishikesh. We only stayed overnight.A warm welcome, delightful view of Ganga, and staff looked after my senior citizen parents very will at breakfast time.Enough for gluten free breakfast.Once renovation work ( which we knew about in advance) is done it will be even better. Loved the private ghat.We didn't take up all their activities but they have a fair number on offer. Good amenities in room. Figuring out TV took some doing if not technology savvy.Simple instructions might help. Shower drainage fine as long as you don't spend too long in shower !
If you are from the UK, then this will seem ridiculously opulent compared to Travelodge/Premier Inn. I would stay here again."

"A quiet laid back escape from the hustle and bustle of Rishikesh. I ate some great food. The owners are experiencing hoteliers and the chef worked for 9 years in Taiwan. Lovely spot!"
