"We found dirt and black mould through out the unit. The unit was dirty when we arrived, shower sprayed everywhere including the roof that was then rotting away. Furniture was filthy with stains and broken parts to it, making it unsafe. So much so I covered the couch in a sheet so we could even sit on it. 4th bed wasn’t even made despite paying for 4 people. "The unit is clean, the views match what is promised, and the unit is well situated in the heart of Yeppoon, an easy walk to the beach and the shops. The pictures indicate the beach is right out back, which it's not and can't be seen or appreciated unless you take the 5min walk and it is lovely.
