This property was modern and spacious. However we experienced a lot of what we think were drain flies around the kitchen and bathroom which wasn’t pleasant. Also a cockroach was in the bathroom. We also had very noisy neighbours that kept us up till 1am and left footwear, bikes all over the porch and stairs that was supposedly to be shared access. However the grounds of the complex was lovely, clean, family oriented. Bus stop outside that goes into the town, timings are not often.

Some spots not clean in villa - a lot of dust. All things in line of site fairly clean but if ‘not’ in sight has been left. Behind tv in bedroom very dusty with hair on it.

This is a great place for families. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the facilities due to the rain and we wish we had stayed longer to enjoy it. Highly recommend to anyone.

Overall, we were happy with our stay. The cabin was spacious for us 3 and we had everything we needed, or could ask for things which were missing. The facilities were good and there were extra activities offered like yoga and tennis tournaments. Also there were food trucks sometimes. The pools were nice and often in the shade. The cafe next to the reception was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful! Our cabin was a bit old and could have done with some repairs and upgrade (windows didn't close properly, shower was a bit dirty, screens slightly damaged and mattress had a hole). It didn't impact our stay but it's good to be aware to manage expectations. Also, it would have been good to have more info about when and where the extra activities or offers were on. For example, yoga was offered but not stated where. The whole place felt safe and for a busy park it was also quite peaceful. We would stay again if we are ever back.

The park and our cabin was great, the only thing I would complain about was the state of pots/pan in the kitchen - totally burnt and sticky, handle nearly falling off, pretty much unusable. Toaster was smoking but we got a brand new one after we raised the issue. Great place with beautiful landscaping, kids had so much fun.

Our cabin was great, and suited our needs. Was lovely watching the wildlife out on the lake. Cabins are not soundproofed well, so could hear connected and opposite neighbours all night. NO WIFI AVAILABLE AT THE CABINS :( Also almost no reception in Byron Bay too.

This was the perfect stay for our little family! The water park and pool were a big hit and the fish and chip van was a lovely option for dinner.. the cafe at the front was beautiful quality .. we loved our stay!

Office Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The cabin window [bedhead] was unlockable and would not close completely and the inside sunshade blinds were moldy and needed cleaning a long time ago. Agreement was to pay with cash on attending site but were charged 4 days in advance and with additional fees and charges by that mob, Expedia Group USA. WON'T BE USING THAT MOB AGAIN.
