Spacious ground floor apartment perfectly positioned on the corner of Lighthouse Road and Tallows Beach Road. Enjoy the convenience of a short walk to The Beach Cafe for breakfast or a refreshing stroll to the iconic Lighthouse. Unwind in the generous living/dining area or indulge in a barbecue on the balcony. The apartment features a stylish kitchen with all the necessary amenities, two bedrooms - including a master with an ensuite - a main bathroom with laundry facilities, and secure parking (max height 1.9m). It's the ideal accommodation to experience everything that Byron Bay has to offer.
This apartment is self-contained with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied. It is not serviced. If you would like a service clean (this will be at an additional cost to you) please contact our office. You will need to supply your own toiletry items (we only provide a few basics). Great location spacious comfortable apartment
We were pleasantly surprised with breeze 2. Some previous reviews were unnecessarily harsh in our opinion. Granted the bathrooms are a little dated but the location, cleanliness, size and comfort more than makes up for any shortcomings. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including a reasonably sharp knife. Instead of complaining about a rusty bbq, with some tools we cleaned it and then enjoyed safely using it. Hopefully others can follow suit, it is not that hard to keep clean. We will be back next year.

Great living area, ceiling fans and aircon. Good kitchen. Good location about a 10-15 min walk to main beach & Byron town. A 5 min walk to closest beach. Very outdated bathrooms. No toiletries provided. Rust on bbq so couldn't be used.

10 day stay in Byron.
Well appointed property for the beach and the lighthouse however upon internal inspection we found the accommodation to be very tired and in need of an update.We had to clean doors and wardrobe doors with cleaning wipes as they were covered in black finger marks. The sofa upholstery was extremely soiled we had to cover them with extra bedding to sit on them.Outside balcony was too small for us to sit out and cluttered with dining chairs. Hazardous pathway up to the entrance when coming back in the evening, the lights near the doorway were on in the day and off at night.The pathway could do with solar lights leading up to the door.

Peaceful, easy feeling
This was a wonderful location, quiet but close to beaches and a short walk to town. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed (except for coat hangers, of which there were only a few) Generally though, this was a wonderful, restful place to be in beautiful Byron.

Unit was good despite some hiccups
Pros- good value for money, location and size of the property. The property was clean. The property comes with secure parking. Kitchen was fine. Cons- dishwasher didn’t work properly (issues draining), dryer didn’t work properly, no information sent to us on how to check in despite emailing and following up (had to call on the day). On our second day some window cleaners showed up unexpectedly. Ultimately, my friends and I just wanted a place to sleep after exploring Byron and it did just that.

Great Location
Arriving to the property we were greeted with a very underwhelming housekeeping job, bathrooms are also in need of an upgrade and airconditioning in bedroom would be a great improvement. Property manager was great, all issues and concerns raised were dealt with in a prompt manner. Thanks
